David Heti is a stand-up comic sort of. He has one degree in philosophy and two in law and teaches comedy writing and theory at McGill University and the Flying Books School of Reading & Writing. He has been called Andy Kaufman meets Woody Allen meets David Heti. His album of comedy, It was ok, an album of comedy by David Heti, has been called "outlandishly harsh and thought-provoking" and "a rare, endearing blend of stand-up and stand-off."
